Ruby Gardens is built to world-leading standards for sustainable construction and will be among the most environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and biodiverse developments in the area.
Our ambition is to meet the world's highest standards for sustainability, so we're working towards LEED Platinum and Well Gold certification.
On-site solar and geothermal energy provides electricity and heating to communal areas, apartments, and offices.
Rainwater collection
is used to irrigate surrounding landscaping and gardens and minimise the need for freshwater.
Ruby Gardens landscaping and gardens incorporate local species to encourage biodiversity.
To protect biodiversity, we've replanted mature Metasequoias – redwood trees – and flowering Cercis trees in the surrounding area.
